The 2-storey building is located in front of the white beaches of the lido at Alghero.
It plays host to 46 apartments, all of which are fully furnished and equipped with air conditioning.
There is:
- an internal swimming pool (complete with paddling pool)
- private parking not guarded (on request)
- luggage room with shower
- token washing machine and drier
On the ground floor, close to Reception, there is the in-house restaurant/pizzeria, called Les Arenas, as well as the bar, called La Playa, the ice-cream Parlour called Opps, the parapharmacy and bike, scooter and car rental. All these services have external management.
The historical centre of Alghero is located 1.5km away and there is a bus to the centre approximately every 30 minutes.
The complex features two types of fully furnished apartments, sleeping 6 or 8 guests. All of the apartments feature air conditioning / heating, safety deposit box and satellite TV.
The kitchenettes come complete with two gas stove, two electric hob, sufficient crockery, dishes and cutlery for the number of guests staying, as well as a fridge and a microwave.
The swimming pool is open from 01/05 to 15/10.
